purchase from bill of materials (BOM), problem resolution during production and supply chain requirements; even when there is a need to shift gears rapidly whether inside an existing purchase order or a forecast-driven program. MWI has a Chinese support team fluent in both language and local customs that support U.S. program managers and their customer relationships. Unlike many other manufacturers, our Chinese personnel are MWI employees; not agents that some employ.
